About this service

EcoSafeNet Security is part of EcoAlaxy. We use information you provide to process orders, prepare quotes, arrange pickup or shipping, provide account features and respond to support requests.

Orders and browser storage

Order information includes your name and phone number, optional email and notes, selected items, prices, payment status and pickup or shipping details. Order records can exist before payment is completed. Request information is also used for security checks and rate limiting.

Your browser stores cart items, language preferences, quote drafts and recent cash-order summaries. These can include contact details. Coverage drafts may include a property address, site label and camera placements. Take care on shared devices. Clearing your cart does not by itself remove other saved information.

Payments, shipping and communications

Card payment uses Stripe hosted Checkout. Order and customer information needed for payment, tax and fulfillment is sent to Stripe. Stripe collects payment and billing information through its own checkout.

FedEx shipping quotes use the delivery address and package information. A quote is not a confirmation of dispatch. Order information may also be included in operational email alerts through email-delivery providers.

Accounts and requests

EcoAlaxy sign-in supports account features. Profile and saved coverage-layout information is stored for your account, and session cookies support sign-in. Removing a saved layout does not remove separate order records. Clearing browser data does not erase server, email, backup or provider records.
