30-day returns

Request a return within 30 days after delivery or pickup by emailing info@ecopawst.com with your order number. Opened cameras are eligible for change-of-mind returns when they are complete and undamaged, including their supplied accessories. Wait for return instructions before sending anything back.

For an eligible change-of-mind return, we refund the item price. You pay return postage. There is no restocking fee.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item is faulty, arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. EcoSafeNet covers return postage for faulty or incorrect items. The complete-and-undamaged condition for change-of-mind returns does not prevent you from reporting a faulty, damaged or incorrect item. This policy does not limit your applicable legal rights.

Cancellation requests

For a change or cancellation request, contact info@ecopawst.com with your order number as soon as possible. Tell us whether the request concerns equipment or a separately arranged service.
