Dispatch and delivery

For stocked EcoSafeNet orders, we hand your order to the carrier on the next business day after payment. This is the dispatch time, not a guaranteed arrival date. Delivery timing depends on the service selected at checkout.

Where available, FedEx shipping options are quoted for the address you enter. Review the shipping charge and applicable tax before paying. A quote is not confirmation that an order has shipped. If we cannot dispatch within the promised period, we will notify you and offer the applicable delay or cancellation/refund options.

Pickup and services

Free pickup is in Miramar. We contact you to confirm arrangements. A cash pickup request does not charge you online. Installation and other services are arranged separately.
